Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently ship within Egypt. International shipping is not yet available — follow us for updates as we expand.

Rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is a flat E£118 per order. Orders of E£1,500 or more ship free.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your governorate. Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are typically at the faster end of that range; remote areas can take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation when your order ships.

Storage and handling

Sports nutrition products are heat-sensitive. We store and dispatch products from climate-appropriate facilities and recommend not leaving deliveries in direct sun. Check seals on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

Delays, damage, and lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us through the store's contact page with your order number and we will track it down, replace it, or refund you. Please also see our refund policy.
